This is the second time I’m using my #CBTL collapsible tumbler & I brought to the attention of the store manager that the tumbler is a design fail as the lid has no airhole. Which means that I have to remove the lid to have a proper drink.
I don’t understand why she can’t understand the need for an airhole, since she’s a manager in the coffee business and all disposable coffee cup lids clearly have one. Did she think it was for fun that they punched an extra hole on those disposable lids? 🙄 Sheesh…
