It was a lovely dining experience. Decór is sophisticated and, at the same time, minimalist. Service was very good and very attentive. Food is definitely authentic Japanese.
I had the Negi Shio set which is tonkatsu with spring onion and the meal includes refillable Japanese rice, cabbage salad, choice of either white or red miso soup, and pickled radish/veggies.
Strangely, I enjoyed the plain cabbage salad too much… blame the sesame oil-based salad dressing. And the rice was beeea-uuu-ti-ful. 🙂
