Couldn’t sleep. Slept an hour, or less.
Went out 7am. Drove.
Had incident (I don’t feel like talking about it; nothing tragic). 😣
Was furious at someone. 😡
Traffic was awful.
Got home noon. Exhausted.
Skipped lunch.
Tried to sleep. Couldn’t.
Dozed a bit, less than an hour.
Feeling horrible overall:
about today
tired
still in limbo
not knowing what’s next
very old pending matters I’ve no control over
