So I did install and config of #DaVinci #Resolve 16 Beta on my new laptop and video clips were very choppy. Tried Generate Optimized Media, moving path to SSD (was using HDD), restarting the program, restarting the laptop, found a proper Reference Manual and went through Preferences again… Video still stuttery. 😕
Uninstalled version 16; installed version 15.
Seems okay now. Hopefully it’ll still be good when I work on larger projects. 🤞
