Unimportant anecdote: In the online form, under special instructions, I requested that my driver send a text message so I can have his number upon arrival and can call him if I can’t find him. The driver didn’t mind waiting a bit as I bought a sandwich for takeout. I had to get some food from the airport as I wasn’t sure if any food place would still be open by the time I arrived at my hotel in Southampton. Also, my actual ride was an MPV though I had reserved and paid for a saloon/sedan. Very nice and comfy ride.
