Everyday is different.  Depends if it’s a sea day, a port day, a formal night, etc.  Depends also which ship you’re on.  The job of a Cruise Ship Photographer includes setting up and breaking down studios, shooting portraits/dining room/gangway/events, working in the lab, selling at the photo gallery, etc....
