Dolphin sighting — port side!!!
Okay, no cropping in the first photo here. So I should probably tell you that those black dots under “E” and “l” and “n”, and between “p” and “b” are actually dolphins. I know it looks pathetic, but stick around. It gets better, I promise you.

Always, guests first. So I did not squeeze in between guests taking photos of the dolphins. I just did some shots over their shoulders.

A guest saw me trying to get a good shot of the dolphins, and actually made space for me. Awww! 😀

Unfortunately, my lens is a measly 24-70mm, and 70mm just doesn’t quite do the job. But I snap away anyway.

It’s quite difficult to time my shots with their jumping. These creatures are fast!!
Needless to say, I took way more shots than what I’m showing in this post.
Are they gorgeous or what!

Is that black dot the dolphin’s eye?

Pop quiz: How many dolphins below?

Well, there’s 3 of them in the next photo. One of them is just beneath the surface. See it?

Swoosh!! Like a torpedo!
And if you’re wondering why the shots of the dolphins are like so, that’s because they’re racing alongside our ship!
If you must know, these photos were taken from Deck 4 of the Celebrity Infinity as we cruised through British Columbia’s inside passage.
We missed a different Inside Passage due to bad weather, so Captain Lekkas decided to give us this British Columbia Inside Passage experience. That was really nice of him, me thinks. 😀
